Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. The rates are based on the weight of the package, the destination country, and the shipping method chosen. We offer several shipping options to meet different needs and budgets:

International Shipping We ship worldwide through several international carriers. All international orders are subject to customs and duty fees as defined by the country of import. Customs and duty fees are not included in your Dansu order and/or shipping total. Dansu is not responsible for fees associated with import. All fees must be paid by the parcel recipient.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes Dansu is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages Dansu is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Lost or Missing Packages Dansu is not liable for any products lost during shipping. If your order is lost in transit, please contact the shipment carrier to file a loss claim.
