Data Deletion Request
At Dansu, we take your privacy seriously. If you have used Facebook Login or connected your Facebook account with our store, you can request the deletion of your data at any time.
How to Request Data Deletion
Option 1: Contact Us Directly
Send an email to info@dansu.co.uk with the subject line "Data Deletion Request" and include:
- Your full name
- The email address associated with your account
- A brief description of the data you would like deleted
We will process your request within 30 days and confirm deletion via email.
Option 2: Remove via Facebook Settings
You can also remove our app's access to your data directly from Facebook:
- Go to your Facebook Settings & Privacy > Settings
- Click Apps and Websites
- Find and select Dansu
- Click Remove
This will revoke our access to your Facebook data. If you would also like us to delete any data we have already stored, please contact us at info@dansu.co.uk.
What Data We May Hold
When you interact with our store via Facebook, we may collect:
- Name and email address
- Facebook profile information (if provided during login)
- Purchase and browsing activity on our store
